Cazuela de Arroz, Pollo y Crema de Hongo (Rice, Chicken and Cream of Mushroom Casserole)

Cazuela de Arroz, Pollo, y Crema de Hongo

Rice, Chicken, and Cream of Mushroom Casserole

Listo en 1 hora y media

Ready in 1 hour and a half

Sirve para 4 personas

Cosas que necesitas

Things you need
  • Una bandeja de horno (a baking tray)

  • Un horno (an oven)

  • Papel de aluminio (foil)

  • Una cuchara grande (a big spoon)

  • Mitones de horno (oven mitts)

  • Un cuchillo (a knife)

  • Tabla para cortar (cutting board)

Ingredientes

  • Arroz (4 tazas) (rice [4 cups])

  • Crema de hongo (2 latas) (mushroom cream [2 cans])

  • Pollo (4 pedazos) (chicken [4 pieces])

  • Queso (cheese)

  • Pimienta (pepper)

  • Polvo de ajo (garlic powder)

  • Agua (1 taza) (water [1 cup])

  • Caldo con sabor de pollo (chicken flavor bouillon)

  • Brócoli (2 tazas) (broccoli [2 cups])

  • Mantequilla (butter)

Preparación

Preparation
  1. Primero precalienta el horno a 350 °F. (First preheat the oven to 350° F.)

  2. Cubre el fondo del la bandeja de horno con mantequilla. (Cover the bottom of the baking tray with butter.)

  3. Luego pon 4 tazas de arroz en la bandeja de horno. (Then put 4 cups of rice on the baking tray.)

  4. Despues, añadir una lata de crema de hongo, una taza de agua, 2 tazas de brócoli, pimienta, y mezclar con una cuchara grande. (Then, add one can of mushroom cream, a cup of water, 2 cups of broccoli, pepper, and mix with a large spoon.)

  5. Luego, use la tabla para cortar el pollo por la mitad y ponlos encima del arroz. (Then, you use the cutting board to cut the chicken in half and place them on top of the rice.)

  6. Añadir mas crema de hongo encima del pollo y tambien añadir pimienta, polvo de ajo, caldo con sabor de pollo, polvo de ajo, y queso. (Add more cream of mushroom on top of the chicken and also add pepper, garlic powder, chicken flavor bouillon, garlic powder, and cheese.)

  7. Despues, cubre la bandeja de horno con papel de aluminio y pon la bandeja en el horno para una hora y media. (Then, cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and put the tray in the oven for an hour and a half.)

  8. Con unos mitones de horno sacar la cazuela y dejar a enfriar para 15 minutos. (Using oven mitts, remove the casserole and let it cool for 15 minutes.)

  9. Servir y disfrutar! (Serve and enjoy!) 😀 🎉 🍽️
