Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Seasoned salt
- Pepper
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Minced garlic
- 2 cups of rice
- Tomato bouillon
- 3 cups of water
- Butter
- Heavy whipping cream
- Parmesan cheese
- Cajun seasoning
- Italian seasoning
- Red chili flakes
Steps:
1. Add pan to stove
2. Turn it on medium heat
3. Cut the chicken breasts in half and
poke holes in the chicken with a fork
for the seasoning to absorb better
4. Add the chicken to a bowl
5. Season generously with:
- Olive oil
- Seasoned salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
6. Stir it together and make sure to
season the chicken thoroughly
enough until you sneeze
7. Add olive oil and the chicken to the
pan
8. Flip the chicken after 5 minutes
9. Flip it again until it’s fully cooked
and you’re able to cut through the
chicken easily
10. Remove the chicken from the pan
and place onto a cutting board
11. Cut the chicken up into bite size
pieces
12. Add a pot to the stove on
medium-high heat
13. Add to the pot:
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
14. Stir it and then add 2 cups of rice
15. Season the rice with tomato
bouillon
16. Add 3 cups of water to the rice pot
17. Once the water begins to boil,
stir it, add a lid, and then turn it
down to medium heat
18. Set a timer for 15 minutes
19. The second round of chicken
should be fully cooked.
➡️ Add in:
- Butter
- Minced garlic
- Heavy whipping cream
until the bottom of the
pan is fully covered
20. Once it begins to boil, stir it, and
then add parmesan cheese
21. Season the pan with:
- Cajun seasoning
- Italian seasoning
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Red chili flakes
22. Add the cut chicken back into the
pan and stir it
23. The rice should be done, so fluff
the rice.
24. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
